Rokefield House refurbishment
The Rokefield House project entailed stripping and retiling the roof and vertical cladding to a large exclusive apartment block for the NHBC. Residents were still in occupation whilst these works were carried out meaning special attention had to be given to ensure their comfort and safety. The project was completed on time and under budget.

6 Large chimneys had to be rebuilt to incorporate a new damp proof course safely with the use of a full chimney scaffold
